Strengthening Relationships:
Building trust, connection, and positive interactions between children and caregivers.
Building Stronger Connections, One Positive Interaction at a Time
Is your child struggling with tantrums, defiance, aggression, or difficulty managing big emotions? Are everyday routines becoming stressful for your family?
At Mindful Mavens, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their highest potential, and that strong, nurturing relationships are the foundation for healthy emotional and behavioral development.
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is an evidence-based treatment designed for young children, typically ages 2–7, who struggle with emotional regulation and challenging behaviors. Unlike traditional play therapy, PCIT actively involves parents and caregivers in the treatment process. Through real-time coaching, our therapists help caregivers strengthen their connection with their child, build confidence in parenting, encourage positive behaviors, and establish healthy, consistent boundaries.
Building trust, connection, and positive interactions between children and caregivers.
Teaching caregivers effective strategies to reduce challenging behaviors, improve cooperation, and support emotional regulation.
At Mindful Mavens, we don’t just help children manage behaviors—we empower families with practical skills that create lasting change at home and beyond.
